Overall, I think this is a good day. Fairly well balanced. But does it add up to 1300 cals? Seems like less to me. I eat 1500 cals and it is way more than this.

I wouldn't reduce your cals, especially if you workout, in which case you may need to add some. Play around with having meals vs snacks. I like mini meals but really it is about finding what works best for you.

Also, with the margarine, soup and your meat, be careful to watch your sodium intake.

    Good luck!

The ONLY change I would make is to be sure you have a little bit of protien with the melon. Melon has a fairly high glicemic index #. Eating it with some protein (string cheese anyone?) will slow down the processing of all of that sugar. You'll stay satisfied longer and your body will make more efficient use of the energy in the melon.

It sounds good overall...maybe try adding in another fruit somewhere, possibly another snack. If you think lunch feels like too much break it up and have the soup and skip the chicken or vice versa and have a snack later on with some protein like nuts and a piece of fruit or some sort of low-fat dairy (that is if you can have dairy). But seems like a pretty balanced day to me!

Cheese is high in sodium too. Sodium causes you to retain water, slowing weight loss. You can track more nutrients than just Calories/Carbs/Protein/Fat on MFP, just go to settings and add them.

You could have half the melon and one egg with your toast for breakfast, and the other egg and half the melon for a snack a couple hours later (if you find you're getting hungry before lunch). Personally, I'd drop one slice of breakfast bread and have some protein-maybe peanut butter on the other slice or a handful of almonds.

String cheese-2% is a great snack to take along with you too.

    Wow! Now thats variety!!!
I find that if i purchase the unslated almonds I'll eat them all, I do not have enough will power to eat just a few or even a hand full, I love nuts
The popcorn I'll have to try, because at night when my husbdna eat crazy popcorn with extra added butter I am there wishing i can eat or even steal his popcorn, but the no butter added for 2 cups has not alot of calories in there Thanks guys!
& I will try to eat only 1 bread At breakfast! I'm very energetic person & I find I feel hungry within 30 min of my food intake So i have to keep myself busy & clean, or drink more water,
I will switch to sodium on my settings i do not want to retain any extra water ,.....:flowerforyou:
