OK so here is my quick back story. I was way up over 180 when I started to try and loose weight. Me and my ex broke up and I used that as motivation to get back down to 150 and I looked amazing (to Me). Then I started a new Job and had alot of big changes in my life. So i slacked on eating good and excercising. BIG MISTAKE!! By the time I realized what I had done I was back up too 175 and still gaining. A friend told me about MFP. I needed something new, so I began counting and running with my bf. If it were not for Him and my friend getting me on here I would not have these amazing photos of my year so far. I am only halfway currently but I am hoping I will be at my goal by the end of the summer! OK here goes nothing!

    THANKS!!! :D I try to Run at least 20 Min everyday!! and I walk at lunch. Overall I just eat right and I have been making myself eat smaller portions. Plus I keep myself Motivated by signing up for races. mostly 5k's but I don't car when I finish as long as I finish!! and I have been getting Faster!!
