Before and after down 21lbs

I am not down to my weight loss goal yet but I wanted to give myself some more motivation to keep going. I am need to lose about 10lbs more and tone up my muscle. So let me know what y'all think :)

    You make the IMG part lowercase on both sides and it will come up.

    Great picture. You look fantastic.

    That original link you posted at the top - just make the IMG on each end lower-case! That's all you need.

    SBD is South Beach Diet. I am 5'6". I don't regularly do measurements and don't keep track of measurements, so I have no idea what I am right now;) I guess I should go measure myself LOL!!
