Walking and hand weights?

I have begun walking in the morning or evening again and I feel my arms are not getting a great workout the entire time. Does anyone walk with hand weights?
I found a great pair that velcro on my hands that I use during Wii exercises but not sure about while walking. Thoughts?

Excellent idea....bend the elbows and pump your arms as you walk....its great cardio.
You do need to do some resistence training with your arms....start first with doing push-ups on an angle....like your kitchen table (hands on the edge of the table and your feet on the floor....your body will be on a 45 degree angle)

I would love to get rid of the flabby arms. When I watched the Biggest Loser a few years ago, they would all lose 100+ pounds but still have the arm flab. I would love to get rid of that while the rest of my body fat.0
