My daughter and I want to make these so bad! I think it might be a funny dinner for a birthday party or something. What do you think? Meatloaf cupcakes, anyone??

    Meatloaf lends itself to all sorts of things...my kids used to like trains, cars...teddy bears

    (I was a stay at home Mom and had time on my hands)

    Just looked on this site, they have some good recipes. Will be trying some of these.

    I usually make them separate, but i do loove the idea of the mashed potatoes as the icing.
    ...Meatloaf cup cakes are awesome you'll eat them once and always cook them that way after :)

    What a fun idea!! Gonna have to try this one. Have you seen the "marvelous mini meatloaves" on the Kraft website....they are my families favourite. http://www.kraftcanada.com/en/recipes/marvelous-mini-meatloaves-88812.aspx

    Just looked on this site, they have some good recipes. Will be trying some of these.

    Skinnytaste.com is one of my go to sites for yummy recipes. I have never found a recipe I didn't enjoy on there. :)
