My "gym" more or less isn't at home but it comes with me everywhere I go. It consists of a set of resistance bands with a door hook attachment, a jump rope (weighted), and a suspension trainer. I carry them with me in a backpack at all times. At home I also have a set of medicine balls and some lightweight dumbbells. I'll take a pic and post it soon as I get done with my lunch break workout today.0

I own a Bowflex, a Total Gym, a Treadmill, free weights, a ball, a rebounder, resistance bands, a kettle ball, a P90X video series, yoga DVDs, a Wii.... you name it. However... getting down to use this stuff is not easy. I would love to have a buddy to work out with!! My husband is a UPS driver, and is lean as ever. He does not need or want to work out with me, and doing it by myself is a bit boring. I do better when I can actually "go" someplace.... but, with all this equipment, I cannot see paying for it.0

The pictures arent not coming out right.
We have ours set up in the one car part of our three car garage.
There is a power tower, elliptical, treadmill, and body 5000 bench. All facing the T.V my husband just set up out there. Complete with surround sound.
And here I am doing dvd's in the living room.0 -

All you need! A suspension trainer and a jump rope. I took that just now on my lunch break after doing a 20 minute circuit training/calisthenics workout on lunch. I love it and it really is all you need.0
