    You're looking great! The changes are pretty obvious!

    I *highly* suggest you start taking measurements, though! Especially for those times when the scale stalls (and it will)... it's concrete progress that can't be denied. I just recently bought a new measuring tape at the drugstore for like $4.

    I plan to start soon. I think it would help me, because 17lbs doesn't seem like a whole lot, but I know I've lost a lot of inches, ecspecially around my waist. Thanks :)

    Yes if you seen my previous post. My daughter had a birthday in Feb. actually. So it's been there a LONG time. She doesn't want me to take it down yet. So we've left it up.
