I have found a "cure" for my cravings for sodas - Talking Rain-Sparkling Ice flavored sparkling water. It is just sweet enough to satisfy the craving. And it is water...so it fulfills that too! It does have sucralose (Splenda) in it. But sometimes you need that carbonation and a little sweet. I also like the Stevia sodas.

I discovered this stuff a few months ago and have one every day with lunch. I went from drinking 4 diet cokes a day to 1 of these so I consider it a success.0
