    Made a salad: baby spinach and mixed greens, cut up fuji apple, fat free feta cheese, balsamic vinegar, topped with some leftover chicken breast.

    Stuffed bell pepper with tomato, mushroom & beef. (a whole lot of beef, lol)

    But I eat throughout the day, so between 9:00am and 4:30pm I will also have had 1 cup fresh pinapple, 1 cup grapes, half a grapefruit, babybell cheese, carbmaster yogurt, nature valley protien bar & a cliff bar...

    I'm trying to keep my day/lunch calories higher so I don't have to eat a lot of calories for dinner since I eat it so close to sleeping.
  • I had a tuna sandwich on wholegrain bread with salsa and lettuce too :) and some frozen pineapple! it was so good

    Giant bottle of cold green tea (made last night in hot water from tea bag)

    I had turkey on wheat with lots of veggies from Subway.. I was running errands, and it was nearby. I usually try to eat at home.

    I had two entrees: a bowl of gumbo with a cornbread muffin as well as a risotto with garlic bread. I estimated that I ate about 1600 calories for lunch.

    I eat little meals all through the day .. so "lunch" was a tacoish salad : 2 cups of romaine, serving of mozzarella cheese shredded on top and 1/4 cup of taco meat with greek yogurt to top because we ran out of sour cream .. usually I'd add veggies but I was running out of time on the way to work .. it was still awesome though =)
