I had two entrees: a bowl of gumbo with a cornbread muffin as well as a risotto with garlic bread. I estimated that I ate about 1600 calories for lunch.0

I eat little meals all through the day .. so "lunch" was a tacoish salad : 2 cups of romaine, serving of mozzarella cheese shredded on top and 1/4 cup of taco meat with greek yogurt to top because we ran out of sour cream .. usually I'd add veggies but I was running out of time on the way to work .. it was still awesome though0
