Recipes from Cookbooks

So, I was wondering about cookbooks that have the nutrition facts listed with each recipe.

I just made some pumpkin bread from the Guilt Free Cooking Cookbook by Taste of Home, and it says that it is 107 calories for 2 slices of pumpkin bread.

I used all the same ingredients (maybe different brands), even left out the walnuts and mine is coming out to 167 calories for 2 slices. I used the MFP database and calculated each ingredient individually.

I guess my measurement conversions could be wrong.

Any ideas about this? Are the recipe calculations in cookbooks accurate?

I'm not sure how accurate they are, the cooking light ones always seem to be but try this...

Cooking Light always has amazing recipes with nutritional facts. Also, if you go onto Publix.com and go to their "Aprons" link, they have tons of recipes (some healthy-some not) that also include nutritional info AND pictures.
