Diving in...

I was planning to use MFP for just logging, but realize that I really could use the community, also! I love reading the questions, advice, and motivational success stories.

I am a work at home mom, I have three kids (16, 13 and 5) and my 16 year old niece lives with us. Right now, I am working out with a PT - in a boot camp style setting twice a week. I am also adding in walking, biking and really want to dust off my Zumba DVDs. My daughter is in need of some great exercise this summer and I thought it would be fun to do the DVDs with her.

My workout and food journal are open, feel free to come by for a visit. I am always open to tips, tricks and new friends.
Oh, and I am in Arizona.

    This is so worth it ....... I got rid of 40# over the last few years ....... now chipping away at another 15# ..... make the best food choices at each meal and exercise often .......
