So I was curious and checked to see where I would fall once I'm at my goal weight, for my height. According to the source I used (http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/), I will have a BMI of 26.6, falling into the overweight range for 5'7".
Personally, I think this is bogus. I was at my most comfortable when I was 170, 175 or so, and that's why I chose that weight.
What are your thoughts? Anyone check their goal weight and find the same?

My goal weight is in what is considered normal, but if you'll feel confortable at that weight, then stay with it. Everyone is different!0
