When do to a workout

I was just wondering, when I get up in the morning if it is best to do a workout before or after I have breakfast? thanks

    I find that I need to eat at least a little something before going but not too much that it makes me sick (esp if doing a lot of cardio)

    lots of good info on google about this, most of what I have read indicates that eating something with long acting carbohrydrates is good before a workout, so wholegrains or something like that, but nothing that is going to weigh you down and make you feel bloated, then have a good meal with lots of protein after your workout to help with muscle recovery and to help you stay fuller for longer.
