I mostly just run... should I branch out?

Aside from about 20 minutes a day of yoga to stretch and a 10 minute intense Aerobic warmup, I spend about 60 minutes on the treadmill a day. I do about 20 minutes of 3.0 speed walking, 20 minutes of 3.5, 20 of 4.0 and then I try to get in 5 minutes of 6.0 jogging. I generally hit 300-400 calories burned per day, and sometimes more depending on my other activities (walking the dogs and such).
Along with this and eating healthy, is it enough to see results in the long run? Or should I be adding more variety? So far, I've lost about 15 pounds.

Strength training is ALWAYS beneficial. If you're upper body, lower body, and core strength is improved, you results will improve. Don't get me wrong, I love to run as well, but strength training is essential if you want to continue to make progress.0

Might I suggest ditch the dreadmill and hit the pavement or trails!0

I would prefer to run outside but I have REALLY bad allergies, the kind allergy meds hardly help coupled with asthma. X_X If I run outside, especially at this time a year, I'll keel over lol!0
