12 lb GONE!!

I Started working out and eating good about 1 and a half months ago and so far have lost 12 lb! it is a start but the real goal is to lose 30 hopefully going to achieve over the summer. Wish me luck!

    I eat a bowl of cereal every morning. For lunch i have a salad with olive oil vinaigrette. I have a snack around 3 aclock ish. Then i work out. For my work out i usually go on my Elliptical or Treadmill and try to burn 700 cal. It verys what i have for supper if you want to know more become my friend or look at my log.
