    Diet pills dont really work and they wont accelerate results. Its all about eating healthy and exercise. If you want to cut fat faster, pick up a workout routine like p90x or insanity and follow the diet plan.

    I do want ot get Insanity or P90x. I am a personal trainer and have heard things going around the gym about these V3 pills so was unsure of what info people were getting from them, I want to get more in shape for my people I train. Thanks for your feedback. do you do Insanity or P90x??

    If pills worked then everyone would be skinny. My friend is a cardiologist and after all her horror stories i would never touch one. I have done p90x, clx and now on p90x2. Next will probably be a p90x/insanity hybrid.

    I have tried so many weight loss pills and teas. sometimes they do make you lose a few pounds but as soon as you stop you gain it all back and more!

    good old eating less and healthier and exercising does the trick
