I would say you are very active.
Can I ask a question? Does your therapist know you are on here? I've been through an ED myself and while I was still recovering, my therapist really wanted me to stay away from "measurement" type activities like being on MFP, counting calories, etc. because it fuels the obsession that started the ED in the first place. Just a thought!

I would put yourself as slightly/moderately active and than add in your exercise seperate...you will than be given credit for the exercise, so you have a better idea of how many calories you need to be eating...

    Good luck with it all!

I'm not exactly sure how to answer this question for you. Actually, I asked the same thing about myself earlier!

However, I noticed in your activity feed that you said you logged 480 minutes of cardio this afternoon, including 60 minutes of calisthenics, 90 minutes of pilates, and 3 hours of yoga. Your total calorie burn was 863, which I would definitely say falls around highly active.

I say this out of concern - you're only netting 700 calories, which is not enough. Even if you eat all your calories, if you work out for eight hours and burn them all off, you're still starving yourself.

Also, I noticed that you told MFP that you are 35. You might want to change that to say you are 18 (not sure if MFP accounts for age in calorie calculations at all).

We want you to succeed and be healthy.

That makes sense. Yeah I'm basing my analysis of your activity level on the amount of cardio in your life, and the fact that you're up and about much of the time.
