Here we go...
my before and after pic. I went from a size 26 to a current size 14. My goal is to get down to a 8 or 10. So far I have lost 155 pounds, with 92 of it since September of 2011 and 101 pounds since July of 2012. The other 54 pounds took about six months.
I still have some to go, but this is my way of taking ownership
