      way to go! what workout programs did you do?

      I do about 30 minutes of lifting and 30 - 40 minutes of cardio about 4 - 5x's per week. I started out slow, walking slowly on the treadmill, then started mixing in the elliptical. Recently I started running, I don't love it yet but I do like the feeling of accomplishment when I'm done.
