Hey guys so mine was deleted in the other thread (too scantily clad?) so ill re-post and we can continue!
(cont from here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/597281-pictures-can-really-show-progress-show-me-yours)

I don't have a shirtless pic of me at my heaviest.. I started weight-loss and exercise on 9/27/11 at 213lb (5'6.5" tall!) (38 pants, xl shirt)

Here's a pic when I started Insanity on 2/28/12 (size 34 pants, L shirt, 180lb):

Here's a pic from today, 3 weeks after finishing Insanity and completing a Tough Mudder! (168lb, 32 pants, M shirt):

After seeing this, I want to see the first.....just to judge for myself if you needed more clothing, no other reason.

oh and i should add that

I gained the weight (40 pounds) in about 4 months when I was 17..

I lost the weight in close to the same time! Thus stretch marks and lose skin that are a pain to get rid of!

so i have posted my own story plenty before, but I thought I would post my mom's story (with her permission) for any older women who might be interested. At her heaviest my mom was 204 lbs and is now down to 158 lbs. This has been a long process for her with many ups and downs, but the last 12 lbs have been lost this year in a consistent decline through diet, walking, and now weight lifting with me. :) I am so incredibly proud of her. also, she is 55 years old.

EmG, great work on your own progress, but also motivating mom! I am trying to get my parents moving and healthy but it's tough since I live so far away! I am hoping to be able to lead by example because I want them around for as long as I can have them. Thanks for sharing!
