I'm going to drink one Slim Fast a day, for dinner and I want to know if anyone has had success by drinking these?
I don't plan on drinking these for long, just to get me started.

    I do protein shakes for one meal a day. Not slimfast as I am too cheap and they have too many carbs for my liking.

    It works well for me. I have for breakfast and then I don't have to make anything and can drink on way to work.
