New :) :)

Hi,
I am Jess, I'm from England, I am 22 years old. I currently weigh 13st 7lbs and would like to be atleast 12 stone before my wedding in August, so I'd like to lose a stone in a half in 3 months (just under 3 for last fitting). I currently have lost track of my diet and exercise as I lost a stone after giving birth to my son but have not been sticking to it for the last few months. My exercise plan is to be 20 minutes of the firm dvd, or jillian michaels 30day shred, then 20 minutes of pilates, I also walk 3 miles whenever the weather is permitting. I'm looking for any diet buddies or anybody who would like to speak :)
