calories caories calories !!!

hi new to this. are the calories that we go by on this site acurate ? does any one use the calorie counting tools i have been going by them.1650 cal. for 1 pd a week etc.on a quest to lose a hundred pounds by this time next year. going to have by pass surgery. scary i know but i have made the decision.have lost 60 pounds in 7 months. would like to lose 20 more by feb. :smile:

    Yep, the calories on here are very accurate and they have a pretty big database. You just have to watch out on foods other people have entered in case they made a mistake. But the ones provided from the site have all been fine for me so far- I always double check. :smile:
