Here but if you don't trust it (sometimes the numbers are wrong because people put in measurements of it instead of package size) you can usually google it.

If this site doesn't have it, I just google search "Apple Nutrition" or "Subway Wheat Bread nutrition" for example and I always come up with something.

The food database on here... I usually look at a few different calorie counts for certain foods on here to see if they are basically the same. It is amazing how "off" some are - I don't think people pay attention when they add some stuff in. I have seen them 100's of calories off!! If I see a big discrepancy, I either google it or look on calorieking.com

Apart from this site, Calorie lab seems to have a lot of information. http://calorielab.com/index.html
Also, if you are eating at a resteraunt, whether bob evans or mcdonalds, try looking at their web site for info.

That would be an AWESOME idea! I hope someone creates a site like that. One day. One day.

I have been using calorie king for the last 8 years, they have a phone app that comes in real handy when I have a doubt about a calorie count on here.

i agree with sandrakramer, it would be even better if that sort of site would also had an app that we could use when we aren't near a computer. especially if it could sync up with the main site, so we could use either one depending on what's most accessible!
