New here and needing help

Hi my name is Kimberly and so far this is the best site ever. My weight loss journey has been a rough one I have had ups and downs but I know everyone has those. At my heaviest I was close to 300 pounds that was 6 years ago. I have managed to get down to 185lbs. I love to work out and I am lucky because my husband works out with me he(He does not need to lose he just wants us both to get healthy) but recently with my job I have not had the energy to work out. Does anyone have any suggestions.

My suggestion to you would be to make sure you keep proper eating habits throughout the day if you don't have as much time to exercise as you would like. No fast food!! That is my downfall when I am working!
One thing that I have done recently is changed the size of the plate I eat off of. I feel great! I eat off of a salad plate and only eat one plate. I find I am satisfied and not stuffed.
I went to Weight Watchers for a little while (when I could afford it) and found out that it is 30% exercise and 70% food!!
I have not used the calorie counter here, yet, but just now found it and will be trying to use that the best I can throughout the day.

Check on your protein and see if you are getting enough. When protein levels are low you will feel drained and have low to no energy. God Bless, Brenda0
