excess skin

I am almost at my target weight now have about 9 lbs to go however as I lose more weight a problem is getting bigger. I have saggy excess skin on my abs and breasts. I work out frequently (probably could do more core work not a favourite of mine) but it is getting worse instead of better. I have had 2 pregnancies one was a large baby of 42821kilos and the next was twins who were both over 3kilos, as you can imagine this has stretched the skin significantly. I am confident with my shape and feel great dressed but i hate this. Will it ever go if so what should be doing. I can,t afford surgery and TBH the tummy tucks I have seen on patients havn,t had a great result so probably wouldnt go for it anyway. Is the answer lots of core work or am I doomed (as my mother says) to have abs like this for ever. Any advice appreciated.

Time, lots of water, and body lotion.

Skin has a bit of a delay in shrinking, but how much it will shrink varies a great deal by individual and regrettably it's mostly due to factors that will be out of your control now (how big you were, how long you were that big, and genetic factors).
Spanx and Slimpressions for now and when you're done with your weight loss, stabilized, and waited a while for the skin to shrink a bit, perhaps a consult with a plastic surgeon is in order if you're still unhappy. Unfortunately sometimes the skin is damaged or stretched to a point that it cannot bounce back and also we cannot ungrow skin (we form new skin when we gain too).0
