Hey there, so what is it actually doing if I go over my protein allowance? I pretty much go way over it.

    Hi...not educated enough to help you with your question...hopefully someone will chime in soon who can answer for you...I do know that's good to aim for balance and that this website has that balance incorporated into the food diary...here's a good website for additional nutritional info:
