    I just turned 24, lost 50lbs last year! Feel free to add me with a little message about your journey. I am now dealing with a 15lb re-gain, probably due to holidays and because I lost rather fast, so I'm on a slow loss plan with lots of exercise now.

    21 and yes, I drink responsibly. I always slow the treadmill down to a walking pace before attempting to unscrew my water bottle lid.
