breakfast ideas
I've been eating greek yogurt and grapenuts for breakfast but I find I'm over my calorie count almost everyday. I think I need to get the calories down for breakfast as this is 340 calories. Maybe I need to be more at 250? I turn 30 in 2 months and would really like to skinny up for the event!

I really like doing smoothies for breakfast. 1 banana (100 calories), 5 strawberries (45 calories) and 1/2 cup 2% milk (65 calories)...blend it up!
You can freeze the fruit too so it's colder. Prevention.com has a lot of smoothie recipes.

I also have protein shakes with berries and unsweetened almond milk : )0 -
My current favorite is Yoplait Light 100 cal yogurt with 1/3 cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch granola cereal (honey almond flax flavor). This totals to about 170 cals.
If this isn't filling enough add some wheat toast or some egg whites (with lots of hot sauce for me ;] )0
