    Thank you! My "NSV" for today was going to bed a little hungry and nut raiding the fridge!I think I'm going to live..weird :)

    My non-scale victories .......

    Being able to do certain yoga poses without my tummy getting in the way ....... and walking up stairs without gasping for air !
