I have been trying to find exercises which would be good for those who have limited mobility.
I would rather have a DVD workout or a WII fitness game as I find it difficult to go outside.
I would be very grateful if someone could help me out

I find the best exercise for limited mobility is swimming. I use a kickboard and fins and get an excellent work out. I currently have to use a walker to get around, because I am waiting for two total knee replacements. The benefits of working out in water are incredible, the weightlessness for one is my favorite. If you don't swim walking lengths in the pool is less impact on the joints. Of course if you use the kick board it will help keep you afloat. Hope this helps.0

I love swimming but we don't have a swimming pool close by, plus I have social phobia so I find it hard to go anywhere public...0
