Homemade protein bars

So I'm going to attempt to make some and I was searching ideas. A lot of them have you bake the mixture after mixing in the protein powder, I've heard that heating protein powder will denature it and make it less effective... thoughts?

All protein is denatured when it is digested into your system so don't worry about that part.
Just make your protein bars the way it says. But if you are worried about that, There are plenty of ones just to put in the fridge afterwards and they come out just as good if not better than the cooked ones I've made.0 -
I've been making some very simple ones with just
30g Protein powder,
30g rolled oats,
5g ground flaxseed,
20g agave nectar.
Mix the dry ingredients together, add the agave (and a little water), and smoosh together with your hands. Shape into one big bar or little balls or little bars, whatever you like, wrap in baking paper and place in the fridge. Very nommy, values will differ depending on which protein you use etc but mine come out to three serves at 137 calories per serving, with 20.8 g carbs, 8.2 g protein, 2.4 g fat.0
