How many grams of unrefined sugar should you consume daily?

I've scoured the internet for the answer to this question, but all answers refer to added and refined/ processed sugars which I eat little to none of on a daily basis. So, can anyone tell me how many grams of natural sugar someone (specifically an adult female) should be consuming in a daily basis?

First you have to pick the issue on which you're going to base the decision,

The carbohydrate and calorie content of refined or unrefined sugar is practically the same, so you can't differentiate on those grounds. There's nothing in the sugar you need and can't get elsewhere, so the minimum is zero.

The maximum depends on what problem you envisage from eating to much. UK guidelines for example are no more than 10% of your calories - say 10% of 2000 = 200 calories or 50 grams per day of "added sugars".

    Minimum: 0 grams.
Maximum: As many as you want as long as it fits into your daily caloric requirements

If you're looking for an absolute answer without any context, you will not find one.

You don't actually NEED any "sugar." Regardless of if it's brown or white.

    Fruits have benefits, of course.

I'm going to save you an hour and a half. It's nonsense, don't bother.
