My daily goal is 1200. I feel like if I ate less I would starve haha0

It takes time! I'm on 2 1/2 weeks and I've lost about 6lbs. My daily goal is also 1200. Keep it up! :-)0

Well, you joined this month and you've already lost 5lbs. I'd say that you ARE seeing results. Weight loss takes time!0

Well I kind of backtracked this year and gained 20 pounds at college freshman fat haha! but i guess since i got home like 3 weeks ago iv been able to lose weight just by eating normal healthy food and not going to a dining hall (all you can eat) anymore0

Hell yes, it's most likely that you could eat more and still lose weight - you have to be patient and persistent!0 -
So 5 lbs in three weeks? That is awesome progress and healthy progress. Just make sure you are calculating your calories correctly and you will see results. Be patient.
These are words you might have to tell me next week, lol. :laugh:0 -

Well that's a result, no? Don't be too impatient, it's the worst thing you can do. If you get disheartened this early on you're likely to give up. It's a slow process. Myself as an example: it's taken me 2 years to lose 71lbs, that's an average of just over half a lb a week.
Be proud of your 5lbs so far and keep at it x0 -
Persevere. Seriously. And be totally honest in your food diary. You can't go wrong.
Healthy weight loss is not a fast process, but you learn whilst doing it and have a greater achievement at the end.0 -
I am also on 1200kcals a day and I am currently averaging below it. I've never actually hit the 1200kcal target and so far i've lost 3lbs in 5 days. Make sure you drink loads (and I mean loads!) of water and just cut down your portion sizes. I find having a few smaller meals throughout the day works better than trying to eat 3 bigger meals in the day. Keep going & good luck! xx0

Thanks for all the feedback. I does make me feel much better and I will be patient! Thanks for all the tips  One thing I do love is green tea and I like to drink it when I think I'm hungry but I'm most likely thirsty. Either way it helps with cravings and is delicious! Super healthy too0
