Well done! I'm on level 3 of the 30 day shred. I haven't lost much weight so far but I definitely feel fitter, stronger and more toned. Can't wait to try more of Jillian Michaels' DVDs.

  • Good job c: my only question is, why are your calves not the same size lol?

Woo Hoo that's great :D The first few days of each level are quite tough but make sure you just keep pressing play :) You will be so glad by the end :) Once I got used to each level and knew what to expect next I put Jillian on mute and listened to music :) Helped me get through it sooo much easier :D

I'm hoping the other one is soon to follow :) I play a lot of sports and involve kicking with one leg so that is prob why :) It's not noticeable :P

That's great well done :D I actually gained weight in level one, then in level 2 I started to lose it a small bit but mostly in level 3 :):) I'm the same :) My arms have never been as strong :D I've actually just started Insanity now :) Best of luck with it :D:D

how long is each day's worth? is it like 30 minutes a day?
  • It's about 27 minutes including warm up and warm down :) I'd say about 24 mins of it is the workout :)

I completed Day 4 of Level 3 yesterday!! It was the easiest of the days so far, but I'm still doing the low-impact exercises. I haven't seen any weight loss yet, but I have to keep my attitude up ~ I hate not seeing instant results :explode:
Thank you for the motivation though - I know I gotta keep going....it only takes 27 minutes of my day!!

Exactly that's a mini victory in itself :) Everyday finding it that little tiny bit easier is such a motivation in itself :) Hopefully you have been measuring because that's where you really notice the results each week :) Keep it up :D

I have a question! So i just did day 1 of it, and it didnt make my heart beat go up very much, didnt make me tired, sweaty and i tried to push myself but it was really easy for me because im sporty
Does that mean i should skip to the second video? Or do I stick it out?

Well I usually had hockey or football training the night before I did 30 Day Shred so always found it tough enough. I did it 10 days level 1 10 level 2 and 10 level 3 but if you feel it's too easy you can just move on to level 2 I'm sure :)
