So I just started this. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! This is by far the best exercise videos I have used. I like how when you lift you don't have circuit training it's just staright heavy lifting and then the cardio days are more of the circuit training..

This was my first week of Burn Circuit. I actually started it on Tueday. I still have Circuit 3 tom and Burn it off and recharge on Sun. I love it. I was lifting 15lbs for most of the exercises yesterday!! I also swam on Tuesday for 90 min and yesterday for an hour. I enjoy it. Then I will take my daughter sat to swim for fun. I usually swim freestyle and use a kickboard the rest of the time. I alternate.0

I have been looking into getting this video too. I want to do it inbetween my Krav Maga class days. I would love to see other people's success pics too.0

I'd say you'll both get good results with the amount of exercise yer both doing! I'm doing it along with New Rules Of Lifting For Women, because i didn't feel any muscle pain the next day - but now they feel worked!!
Although I'm still lifting between 5 and 10 lbs for the exercises... (embarrassing!)0 -

I'd say you'll both get good results with the amount of exercise yer both doing! I'm doing it along with New Rules Of Lifting For Women, because i didn't feel any muscle pain the next day - but now they feel worked!!
Although I'm still lifting between 5 and 10 lbs for the exercises... (embarrassing!)
I have that book. I am going to start program after I finish Cahlean and then probably repeat each other. Try and go heavier on chalean adn maybe you won't need to do NROLFW at the same time?0 -
