Day 1: Need some fellow members to keep me going :D

Hey,
Im new to this so a bit about me... i'm Lauren, I'm 22, Female and from the UK,
I have 2 small children and am looking to lose around 50lbs.
Would like some friends for support and a good old chat :)

    I agree you've made the first step:) This is by far the best tool and support for losing weight! I would like to encourage you along the way! Together we can all do phenomenal!!! A lot of it is mind over matter.. I chew a lot of gum and drink a lot of water:)
