I have been here for a while, I was just curious if there are any other Oregonians looking to get fit here. Or whomever. I just like new friends. :)

    I don't live there, but I've been to Portland a couple of times for business and love the area. I got to do a little bit of touring around while I was there - spent some time at Powell's and went to Multomah Falls. It's a beautiful part of the country.

    I made ti to Oregon in 1848, was a tough trip though. My son died of typhoid, my wife sufferred a broken leg. Thieves kept stealing our clothes and axels. Almost got raided by Indians at Chimney Rock, and tipped my wagon in the Columbia River. But I made it. I'm glad I was from Boston and a banker.
