I like shakes, they don't seem as heavy as the equivelant in a meal. I don't have a preference I just get whatever is on offer.0

I have a glass of chocolate milk at bedtime. Around 150 calories for low fat, a little more for full fat. Sometimes I add vanilla protein powder if I have a lot of calories left, which bumps it up to ~300 cal and 35g of protein.0
