Vacation

I'm heading on vacation soon. Any recommendations for staying on track? I've been making progress and I don't want to lose momentum. I appreciate any thoughts or suggestions!

    I am in a similar situation to you, the next 5 weekends I will be out of town and am worried about losing sight of my goals.
    The things I am planning to do are:
    1) bring my workout clothes/running shoes, so I can get in some exercise (even if I have to do some random jumping jacks or something).
    2) try as much as possible to make healthy choices when eating out, and not eat when not hungry (i find when away I just mindlessly munch constantly)
    3) drink LOTS of water (bring a water bottle)
    4) not go too crazy on alcohol - do I need that drink at every meal or can I wait and just have a couple in the evening

    I am looking for friends right now to keep me on track, so if you are interested, add me :)
