Does weight training give you exerice calories?

It does, but you enter it under cardio as strength training. It does not give you a lot though.0

Its hard to estimate how many calories you burn when hitting the weights because the muscles continue to burn calories after you finish your workout-
I wear my heart rate monitor when doing my cardio and weight training and count my calories as a total and not split them up-0 -
