(This is for 2 4-6 oz. filets)

Thaw the fish, obvi.

1 TBSP Bragg Amino Acids
1 TBSP Hoisin
1-2 Tsp Sriracha
1/2-1 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking pan with aluminum and spray it down with non-stick cooking spray. Put the 2 filets in. Mix the above 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Pour it over the fish. Bake it for 14 mins.

It's good. Enjoy. I would say about 120-130 cals each, if that.

You can get the amino acids at most health food marts or in the health food section of your supermarket. Correct me if I am wrong but I think its basically soy sauce. Or at least you can sub them.

get some bragg's amino acids from whole foods, though yah, i am pretty sure trader hoes will carry this ish. I use it all the time instead of soy sauce.
