I'd really like to start incorporating more strength workouts into my lifestyle. I took a kettlebell class around a year or so ago and really enjoyed it, so I want to be able to do it at home. Does anyone have a good kettlebell workout that they do at home for a full body workout? How often do you do it?
I found this one online and I've printed it off. Does that seem like a good one to follow until I've educated myself a bit more on the subject?

I was the same so I went down to my local gym where I go quite often for various classes but can't make the kettlebell classes. He drew mw up a programme and we went through the whle lot untill I was comfortable. It was just the names of the moves that really confused me so I wrote notes next to the moves. Maybe you could try that, it's what the instructors get paid for and normally really happy to help.0

I think it looks OK, things I also do with mine are clean and press, lunges, pull up rows (can't remember what they're actually called), 1 arm swings, 1 leg deadlift.0

It'd cost me £38 to do that, and I don't really want to have to spend £38 for a trainer to come up with something that I could probably come up with myself with a little bit of reading and trial & error. I'd love it if I could have a trainer knock a program up for me though!I think it looks OK, things I also do with mine are clean and press, lunges, pull up rows (can't remember what they're actually called), 1 arm swings, 1 leg deadlift.0
