100 Pushup, 200 Situp, 20 Pullup Challenge

2 Weeks ago I started the 100 push up challenge (with an initial test of 12 push ups) and decided I might as well do the 200 situp (crunch) challenge while I'm resting between sets of push ups. Tomorrow I do my second test and I'm curious on just how many I'll do going straight for maxing. (I did 20 yesterday on my last set.
Today I decided to add the 20 pull up challenge to my list and I started on the lowest level of week 1. Has anyone ever completed any of these? Does anyone want to join me or at least become my friend and yell at me if I'm not doing my exercises?

Negative pull-up
Climb up so you start in the topmost position, then slowly lower yourself. Work against the gravity and try to lower yourself as slow as you can.
Partial pull-up
You can also do a partial pull-up for variety. It's almost like a normal pull-up but you help yourself by jumping. Don't use all your strength in the jump. Only just enough so you can do the pull-up.
Static holds
Static holds can also help to get the first few pull-ups. (Flexed arm hang)
If you have a lat pull down machine you could do some reps on that with less than body weight.0 -
I tried the one hundred push up challenge once. Got bored....the counting. I know that sounds like a cop out. So I signed up for a 1000 in a week challenge. Did that. Now working on a 3500 in May challenge. So the 100 in a row just doesn't appeal anymore. I'm in week six of the 200 squat challenge ... located in the same place as your challenges. Once my hubby gets it all set up .... I'm game for the pull ups. We don't have any door jams in the house that will hold my weight. So he is setting me up in the garage. Ever thought about the 150 chair dip challenge? Starting that on Monday.0

Maybe I'll move onto the chair dip challenge after the pushup and pullup challenges are done. Chair dips probably would affect my pushup #s0

Time for an update:
So originally I could do 12 pushups ~20 situps and 3 pullups.
Today I did 25 pushups 48 situps and 4 pullups.
I just finished my 3rd week of pushups and situps and am a day away from finishing my 2nd week of the pullups. Also keep in mind these numbers are the 5th "max out" set, so these numbers are after doing 67 pushups, 136 situps, and 11 pullups in the previous 4 sets.
It looks like I'll probably have to do an extra week in the pushup program to make 100 in a row but we'll see.
I'll post back in a week or so with my test day results0
