Red High Heels Group, Week 12

The week challenge is no artificial or added sugars.
Friday: 20 minute workout and 25 grams of fiber.
Saturday: 4 servings of veggies and drink 72oz of water
Sunday: Try a new food or recipe and 2-3 servings of fruit.
Monday: Go vegetarian for the day and eat your goal protein (easy right?)
Tuesday: No sugar/artificial sugar and only one not water beverage
Wednesday: Stay under calories and exercise outside for 30 minutes
Thursday: Eat your goal protein and stay under your goal carbs.
I decided to keep the challenges the same this week because, honestly, my brain hurts.

Hmm we need a different challenge for Tuesday because that's the challenge for the whole week lol!! I'm not feeling extremely creative so how about we try the no fast/fried foods and one non-water beverage instead? Just a suggestion
I'm going to fail the week challenge anyway haha that's dang near impossible for me to do in one day, let alone a week....not to mention my hubby and I made some delicious chewy oatmeal cookies the other night that call to me once a day

I wouldn't know anything about over analyzing....nothing at all.
The sad part is that is takes me sooooo long to get to sleep at night because I sit there and over-analyze things that happened throughout the day. It's really annoying and hard to turn off. I think there should be a over-analyzers anonymous group....but then you would just have a group of people to help you over-analyze everything and then the group would over-analyze WHY it's over-analyzing everything....it's a vicious circle. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:0 -

For fellow over-analyzers, I have found that sometimes the cure is to just go with your gut instinct and allow that to be the honesty that it is. If you do this then there's very little to analyze because you've actually manage to do something that is true to you. Over-analyzing can cause us to not be our true selves because we're, maybe subconsciously, concerned with what every one else might think, reacte, do. If you're true to yourself, you'll give your brain a rest. lol.
Have a great Friday. I know I will, if only a great evening. I've convinced my man we need to go shopping AGAIN. and he agreed!!sigh... new shoes... new clothes.... sigh.

I prefer them in the brown. I too am liking brown this year. In fact, as mentioned earlier, we're going shopping tonight. I have a pair of black high heeled oxfords I want, hope to find a tall boot and maybe brown booties too. Not to mention, tops, I need more tops.LOVING shopping now!!

I love shopping, the only problem now is that I'm a either a medium or a large depending on how it fits acrossed the girls so it can be a little frustrating at times to find a shirt that is too tight in the medium yet too big in a large. :grumble:0 -

I had a successful shopping trip today... I found a really cute bathrobe (pink leopard print fleece!), a pair of dark jeans and a pair of black dress pants with a pinstripe. The pants were a 16! (I was pretty much a 24 at christmas). :drinker: :bigsmile:0 -
Up at 6 am can't sleep. going to go out and face the world and try to do something normal. Maybe get a massage, or nails done, my whole body aches. I am not eating very much, only 380 calories yesterday. and two glasses of water.0

hi guys!
i am going to try to partipate this week. back on the wagon. i am getting all soft, but i have somehow maintained my 135 lbs. but i want to start doing the healthy thing some more so i can lose the extra 10 lbs and tone up and feel healthy.

Morning ladies!! Had a great night out at the movies with my hubby last night!! And even though I definitely went over my calories, I didn't do as bad as I normally would! I had 2 sweet tea vodkas with lemonade at the bar before the movie, and only 2 nachos and a vanilla iced coffee during the movie (I had a little popcorn but I caught myself eating mindlessly and made my hubby take it away before the movie started :bigsmile: )

I had a bad weekend.:devil: I broke my own rule and had fast food (Taco Bueno) and sugar(syrup), I didnt even make it a week with that. Its still on though one bad decision on Friday, and saturday(pizza), will not detour me. :happy: Not to mention a crazy amount of salt. The salt thing wanst a rule but still my ankles are going to be swollen for days.
wait I mean
. It was my fault but I had such a great weekend. It was just me and my girls. I didnt over do anything or stuff myself silly but I had enough of what I ate. I promise to down 5 bottles of water before I go to bed. Thats a bottle an hour. Easy smeasy.

Hey you guys. I had a rather atrocious week. I went over my calories on Friday and today. But at least I still haven't given in to the desire for sugar. Amazing I know.
Noe, as a reminder, tomorrows challenge is: Go vegetarian for the day and eat your goal protein (easy right?)0
