My progress in 45 days

I was using nursing school as an excuse to sit around and eat. And be lazy. I decided to start eating better and exercising to get back into shape. Gotta be healthy for my kids
Before: I was 125 lb and completely soft. Bleh.

At 119 lb, after 45 days of logging calories and exercising:

Thanks guys! I mainly started out running with some strength training, and then found Butt Bible and have 1 week of that left before I complete it...but I wanna do it again, love the workouts. I have been eating at a deficit since I started, and just upped my calories to maintain a couple weeks ago or so.0

Hodge-podge of running, 30DS (that I didn't finish), and Butt Bible, which I will finish in 1 week. Currently looking for some fun cardio/strength DVDs that will hold my interest

There is an obvious change....you look tighter and your abs look great!! You said ButtBible got these results...so it works more than just the butt....Good job!0

I can see the difference, much leaner and more toned to be sure. Bravo to you for focusing on strength and feeling healthy. I think anyone that sets a goal and accomplishes that goal should be commended. You don't have to lose tons of weight and have dramatic results to deserve kudos for a job well done.0

Thank you fellow MFPs! I realize that my before/after pictures don't have a huge change; I was not overweight to begin with, but definitely didn't have much definition. I am not one of those people who is already at a healthy weight that wants to be super skinny. At any rate, let the haters hate I am proud of the changes I have made in my diet and body, and will keep doing my best to improve even more. Anyone who works at bettering themselves should be proud0

I can most definitely see a difference! Especially in the 3rd picture (where there are 3 in a row). I hate when people get on here and act all negative! If you don't have anything nice to say....don't say anything at all :grumble:0

Yep, upper and lower I probably did it 5 days a week up until these past couple weeks, and then between the level 3s I have been mixing my cardio and the upper/lower levels on the days labeled cardio.0

But to be honest ... you did not looked bad at all.
I still can't see any difference. Good that the fellows here can.
I'm not a man... and I am not jealous... and I'm trying my best to loose weght
