Anyone else feel more challenged to "behave" on weekends?

I do pretty good all week long. I work 9.5-10 hour days and am busy from the time I get up until the time I fall into bed. Weekends are a such a challenge with regard to diet. Looking forward to being held accountable by all of My Fitness Pals!!! :glasses:

    I hate weekends for exactly this reason. Normally, I don't have a swimming training on Sunday's so I don't have the exercise calories I can eat. Luckily, I've got great MFP friends. ^_^

    Hey I'm new, but I started here because a friend of mine has lost 40 lbs using MFP so I'm excited.

    Anyway just today she said that on weekends she puts her settings to maintenance mode and doesn't worry about it. then during the week she goes back to 1.5-2 lbs a week. she's had GREAT results.
