No
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
No
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't go way over my calories
What would I have done differently? I had a cold and didn't work out but I wish I had...
What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and exercise.

Went bike riding with my daughter.

Pretty happy with how I did.

I did an extra 15 minutes on the elliptical
What would I have done differently?
Woouldn't have went to KFC for dinner

Stay within my calories and not use my exercise calories.0 -
Not sure if this is part of an "organized" group; I am looking for group. I have been using the tracking tool about 2 months now but I was in a eight week program. We are going to continue to met once every two or so but I am on here 4 -5 times a day so a group here would be good for me. My data

Walked three times around the pond on day 1 of month end closing.
What would I have done differently?
Wished I did not have to work so late so I could go to gym and do the circuit.

Not eat any stress snack during month end closing except fruits & veggies I bring myself.0 -
