Unless I'm staying over as company in a friend's or relative's home, then zilch! I have never liked the feeling of trying to sleep in PJs, ever since I was a little kid. I had these awful flannel nightgowns that would get twisted and ride up around my neck when I was little, because I've always tossed around in a variety of positions, in my sleep. My mom would have me change into them, and midway through the night they'd wind up tossed on the floor. I think she gave up on those by the time I was 6 or 7. My skin needs to BREATHE! Having Fibromyalgia now, too, I am sensitive to certain textures and pressure against my skin. If I absolutely MUST wear PJs to bed, they are a soft, light-knit t-shirt or tank top, and drawstring/elasticized light-knit PJ pants.

Undies and sometimes a singlet if I want to keep the puppies from moving around too much.

T-shirt and panties. No bra because that would be super uncomfortable.
