Whole Body Detoxes

Has anyone done a detox? If so, which one?, what changes did you notice?, and would you recommend any one product? Thank you in advance!

    I am doing a three day detox- and all you need is a juicer, fruits, vegetables, and psyllium husk powder. The diet basically consists of drinking organic if you can, juiced fruits, drinking lots of water, taking psyllium powder husks (helps in elimintating more waste in your body, and staving off hunger), and making this vegetable broth:

    2 liters water
    1 onion
    2 peeled large potatoes
    3 carrots
    4 garlic cloves

    *Put everything into a pot and let it simmer for a couple hours, then drain and drink the broth whenever you get really hungry.

    I haven't started the detox yet, but am going to do it next weekend- try to do it when you have 3 days to relax a little.

    *also don't drink citrus or tomato juices during this cleanse, as they are too acidic.
    Some of the best vegetables/ fruit to use are: carrot, celery, spinach, apple, ginger and coconut.
